Meet at 11am at the cycle centre car park,

3m off Manton turn. 17 miles approx.

Don't forget to check that your bike is in good working order, tyres pumped up etc BEFORE you arrive, though help will be on hand for those who might be having trouble with their pump action, or who can't get their nuts tight.
